Tribe Program

The middle school is a time of transition. To facilitate this change, students are placed into tribes. This community team-building program consists of 10 tribes named after a mythological dragon. Each tribe contains students from grades 5-8, who are guided by classroom teachers. Activities are scheduled throughout the year to promote interactions across grade levels.

The overall goal of the program is to foster a sense of community and belonging within the middle school. Throughout the process, students are tasked with activities that help develop and promote caring, ethical, and responsible citizenship.
